February network event
Another fantastic property network event at the Hampton by Hilton in Dundee, and thanks again to everyone who attended. Main speaker Alasdair Dickinson introduced us to his ventures investing in property alongside his rugby career, the pros and cons of HMOs, and why he believes Dundee is a great city to invest in.
Hosts Kessar and Neil gave a market and property update. There was a great turnout once again from property investors at all stages of their journey.

A completed project
We arrange clients' mortgages and don't often get to see the finished projects. This holiday let in Glasgow's Merchant City was one we were glad to see completed.
March event
The March event welcomed guest speakers from Bank of Scotland, Real Estate Relationship Director Grant Fraser and Relationship Manager Adam Rintoul, plus a market and property update from Kessar and Dymock Properties.
